Combs Café (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including for our employee text-message reminders.

Information we collect

Employee contact details — for our shift reminder texts, an employee’s name and mobile phone number, provided directly by the employee to Combs Café.
Information you give us — if you contact the café (for example by phone or email), the details you choose to share.

Text message (SMS) reminders

Combs Café sends SMS text reminders to its employees to help them clock in and out for scheduled shifts.

Purpose: reminders are work-related only — to clock in and out for scheduled shifts. They are not marketing or advertising.
Consent: employees provide their mobile number voluntarily and agree to receive these reminders. There is no public or website sign-up.
Opt-out: you can stop the texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
Frequency & cost: message frequency varies with your work schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

How we use information

We use the information only for the purpose for which it was provided — operating the café and sending the shift reminders described above. We do not use it for advertising or marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information only with the vendors that help us deliver the text messages (our messaging platform and phone carriers). All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
